21st Century Know-How

This fully integrated Customer Relationship Management system means that our Area and Operations Managers are equipped with a tablet device to enable clients to sign-off on any service quality inspection report or QA report. On completion these can be automatically emailed to nominated contacts.

Users of this system can complete any reports on quality or maintenance issues and send purchasing requests. These activities are then monitored and tracked online by our Senior Management Team in real time.

Other advantages of this system are:
All site specific safety documents, SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements), job descriptions, training records, and specifications are available online to our Operations Team.
When completing inspection reports, our managers can upload photos to immediately show the standards observed. This is particularly important when reporting faults and maintenance issues on-site.
Our Senior Management Team can track our clients’ status in real time, making sure that additional resources are delivered to handle requests in a timely manner, as needed.
Clients are able to track their account status in real time (for example, special requests, work orders, financial details, etc).
